Shipping Policy

All of us at Nine2 are committed to bringing you the most innovative products of the highest quality. We know that what matters to you is great products and the best custoemr service in the industry.

If you have any concerns about a Nine2 product, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we welcome you to contact us.

We’re in the office Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. You can send us an email any time or reach out through the “Contact Us" page. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 24 hours

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM EST, it will be shipped to you the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at nine2crew.com within 30 days of purchase.

If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

- If your Nine2 product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to replace or issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.

- If your Nine2 products were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.

 

*** Please note: most of our products are designed to be used in racing situations and environments.  We are unable to refund or replace our product due to normal wear and tear or misuse.  Contact us and submit photographs prior to shipping the product back for evaluation.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER.

If you wish to return a Nine2 product purchased from our web site, please contact us at nine2technologies@gmail.com. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.

Please use the original packaging, if possible.

Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.

Please note:Nine2, is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
